We offer two options in class:
  1. Tai Chi Exercise
    - qigong, neigong, strength-building, tai chi and partner work
  2. Tai chi as a martial art
    - qigong, neigong, strength-building, tai chi chuan (martial art), baguazhang, chin na, self defence, shuai jiao, weaponry and partner work
